Welcome to Opportunity 24/7 AI ("the App"), developed and operated by Kandu Technologies LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Opportunity 24/7 AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Opportunity 24/7 AI is a career management application that provides:

• AI-powered professional letter generation (cover letters, thank you letters, follow-up letters, application letters, reference requests, and networking letters)
• Opportunity tracking and management
• Drag-and-drop letter merge workspace (Data Activated Swap Handling)
• Letter Builder for template customization
• Multi-language translation (English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Korean)
• Text-to-speech letter preview

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Opportunity 24/7 AI offers the following subscription plans and in-app purchases:

• Weekly Plan: Auto-renewable subscription billed weekly
• Monthly Plan: Auto-renewable subscription billed monthly
• Annual Plan: Auto-renewable subscription billed annually
• Enhanced Tools: One-time in-app purchase

Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes.

4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate in effect at the time of renewal.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

5. Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the free trial period expires. You may cancel at any time during the free trial to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including opportunities, letters, and profile information. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services (such as AI letter generation).

Your data is stored locally on your device. When using AI letter generation, your request is transmitted securely to our cloud servers for processing. We do not retain the content of generated letters on our servers after delivery.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or illegal
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in generated letters
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

8. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate professional letters based on your input. While we strive for high-quality output, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may require review and editing before use
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy and appropriateness
• Kandu Technologies is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated letters
• Generated letters are suggestions and should not be considered professional legal or career advice

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Kandu Technologies LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Kandu Technologies does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kandu Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kandu Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms within the App or on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
