Your opportunity data, letters, and profile information are stored locally on your device using a secure SQLite database. We do not store your personal documents on external servers.

When you use AI letter generation, your request is transmitted securely via HTTPS to our cloud service (hosted on Amazon Web Services) for processing. We do not retain the content of your generated letters on our servers after delivery.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure for AI letter generation processing
• OpenAI: AI language model used to generate professional letters
• Apple StoreKit: Subscription and in-app purchase processing

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:

6. Your Choices and Rights

You have control over your data:

• Access and Edit: You can view and edit your profile information, opportunities, and letters at any time within the App
• Delete: You can delete individual opportunities, letters, or your entire profile data from within the App
• Uninstall: Removing the App from your device will delete all locally stored data
• Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is designed for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
